The mantle fastens at the front with military style frogged toggle fastenings, with hooks at the stand collar. Lavish soutache polychrome embroidery and beading forming a stylized pre Art Nouveau foliate design, in gold, blue, red, yellow from the collar, sleeves, cuffs to the back. Twisted cord and weighted beaded tassels at the tapered points on the front.
