My name is Gwendolyn Lilliette Garland. I am an avid collector of antique Victorian/Edwardian fashions. Every year I purchase a few more pieces to add to my collection. Often the question I hear is, “where do you wear these gowns?” You will spot me at my second home, the Magic Castle in Hollywood as I am a member and am known for my gowns there. I also wear my gowns on holidays, special occasions, and of course photo shoots!
I spend hours restoring, preserving, and studying clothing from the Victorian and Edwardian era. The process is slow, but the result is always magical. The moment the gown is placed around my body, I am transported to another time and place. This is where time travel becomes real!
