On this first week of spring, I am showcasing a circa 1903 Edwardian green silk and black lace gown by designer Fanny Gerson. Originally owned and worn by Wilhelmina Frederika Anna Elisabeth Marie (AKA princess Marie of the Netherlands) She must have been tall because the skirt is extremely long! Way too long for me, but what a beautiful piece nonetheless!
